Shipping & Delivery

Mail order Postage and packing is £3.50 per order to anywhere with a UK post code. This is a flat rate no matter how large or how many items the order is

We use a method of delivery that will require you to sign upon receipt, either Royal Mail recorded delivery or courier. If this may be a problem please let us know when you place your order and we will try to make alternative arrangements.

We try our best to process orders within one or two days of receiving them, but please allow 10 days for completion. We will always contact you should there be any untoward delay.

The postage and packing charge for overseas orders will vary according to destination. PLEASE contact us before you place an order to avoid any confusion.

As Part of Siesta's commitment to the environment (and to save a few bob too) we whenever possible reuse and recycle cardboard and packing, please do the same.
