These beautiful spinner rings are popular for use in meditation and are often known as 'worry' rings as they distract the wearer from their anxieties and stress. Each ring is etched with the Buddhist mantra Om Mani Padme Hum and is 925 silver marked. Several UK ring sizes available. Order small for ring sizes L-N; medium for ring sizes O-Q; and large for ring sizes R-V, but please leave a note to indicate which size you would like! Currently available in UK ring sizes between L (12mm diameter) and Z (29. 5mm diameter).
