More Information

Our standard mail order postage and packing is ‘Tracked 48’ at £3.50 per order, or free for orders over £35, to anywhere with a UK postcode. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to ‘Tracked 24’ for £4.50 or DPD next day delivery for £7.99. Please note, the DPD next day service does not include Saturday delivery.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a code, via email, to track your parcel.

Please be aware that Royal Mail's Tracked service offers a delivery aim of the next working day for Tracked 24 and the following day for Tracked 48, but it's not a strict guarantee. The couriers we use are generally quick and reliable, however once the goods leave our premises, we cannot guarantee a time or date of delivery.

* Very bulky items and items that are longer than 100cm may incur a higher shipping cost, this will be automatically added at the checkout.

Operating Hours

Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Therefore, please be aware that orders placed on a weekend will not be despatched until the following Monday.

We endeavour to fulfil any orders made before 12pm for same day despatch. However, if you really need your lovely new Siesta item delivered as quickly as possible, do give us a call and we should be able to help.

International Orders

The postage and packing charge for European and worldwide orders will vary according to destination and may be subject to additional import duties or taxes which will be payable before delivery. Please contact us if you would like to order from outside the UK and we will get back to you with a delivery price.
