When Charlotte got in touch with us, we were genuinely honoured. The fact that she had come across our instruments and wanted to bring some of them into The Dreaming, her retreat in mid Wales, was very exciting!
Charlotte picked out our Nepalese hand-beaten singing bowls, along with a shamanic drum and a 14" djembe, both hand-carved in Ghana, and made some beautiful videos of her playing them for us to share.
For a small independent business like ours, knowing that someone who has spent her life immersed in music liked our instruments enough to want them there meant a great deal to all of us.

We were all very sad to hear the news of The Dreaming’s temporary closure. We wish Charlotte all the very best through this turbulent time, and we hope the spirit of The Dreaming lives on. It is a truly special place, and we’re proud to have played a small part in its story so far.
