About this product

A chunky and colourful bracelet made from two wonderful seeds - the tagua seed and the pona seed. Each bead has been hand carved and dyed in a variety of stunning colours. The pona seeds have retained their natural texture which makes them even more decorative.

Otherwise known as ‘vegetable ivory’, the tagua seed grows on palm trees that are native to the tropical regions of South America. After the seeds naturally mature they fall to ground and are collected, and after 4-8 weeks they have hardened and are ready for crafts!
