Brass Dancing Shiva

This brass Nataraja figurine depicts Shiva in his cosmic dance pose — four arms outstretched, one foot raised, encircled by a ring of flames. Its compact form makes it equally at home on an altar, a shelf, or a desk.

Nataraja — literally "Lord of the Dance" — is one of the most iconic forms of Shiva in Hindu iconography. The dance represents the cycle of creation and destruction, with each element of the pose carrying deep symbolic meaning. Metalworkers cast this figurine using traditional techniques, pouring molten brass into a mould and finishing it by hand.
