Small Serpent Head

These handmade 'barro' pottery serpent heads are based on those found in various temples across Mesoamerica. Commonly referred to as the Feathered Serpent, as Quetzalcoatl by the Aztecs and as Kulkulkan by the Maya, the heads are famously found adorning the Temple of the Feathered Serpent at Teotihuacan.
