About this product

These rustic mouth harps are an ancient Nepalese musical instrument, and they are one of the oldest, traditional musical instruments in the world. The Nepali word “Murchunga” translates as jaw harp. They are handmade from brass.

They are played by placing the between the teeth and plucking the metal wire reed with the forefinger. Using puffs of air, inhaling and exhaling, you can adjust the tones and loudness.
