More information:

Our standard mail order postage and packing is £3.50 per order to anywhere with a UK postcode. Items that are longer than 100cm may incur a higher shipping cost. If you need your order sooner, we also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day services.

Royal Mail aim to deliver their Tracked 48 service within 2-3 working days. DPD next day service does not include Saturday delivery. We may be able to accommodate weekend deliveries by special request and for a cost, please contact us.

You might need to personally accept the delivery, either via Royal Mail or other courier. If this may be a problem, please let us know when you place your order and we will try to make suitable arrangements.

We usually process orders within one or two days of receiving them, we will always contact you should there be any untoward delay.

The postage and packing charge for European and worldwide orders will vary according to destination and may be subject to additional import duties or taxes which will be payable before delivery. Please contact us if you would like to order from outside the UK and we will get back to you with a delivery price.

The couriers we use are generally quick and reliable, however once the goods leave our premises we cannot guarantee a time or date of delivery.
