All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. The VAT number for Siesta is 445 147 650.
Most products shown are handmade and are liable to vary from the photograph. Each item is different and variations should be seen as an asset - we believe it is better to have a unique item than mass conformity. Our website does not allow for colour/style selection by clicking photographs. Please use the attribute menu or leave a comment with your preferences.
Promo Code and Free Shipping Conditions:
Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online. Siesta reserves the right to decline to accept orders where a promotion code has been used in an invalid way. Codes are only valid on items while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event of product returns, any refunds will be for the amount after the discount has been applied. If part of an order is being returned, the value of the promotion code will be spread between the goods proportionately.
Free delivery applies to mainland UK standard delivery only.
All goods are checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods being received please notify us within 14 days to arrange return.
If you are unsatisfied with your goods for any reason you may return them to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. The goods will need to be returned in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or other similar items (unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.)
When returning goods for any reason please send the items 2nd class standard and ensure you obtain a proof of posting (this is a free service offered by the Post Office) as we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of items. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part.
We use Stripe, Paypal and Amazon Pay as our money handling agents for goods purchased on our website. We always issue refunds via the original method of payment. Please be aware that although we issue refunds on the day that goods are returned to us, refund transactions can, on occasion, take up to 30 days to be completed.
