Ancient Brand Tibetan Incense - Spikenard

These Ancient Tibetan incense sticks have been hand-rolled and are composed according to an ancient Tibetan recipes. They contain only natural herbs, spices and precious woods. The packet is attractively decorated with colourful, handmade lokta paper.

Spikenard (jattamasi) is one of the best herbs for Vata Dosha in the ayurvedic system. It is used to help control the nerves and balance the mind. It is excellent for blood circulation and for helping to regulate the heart.
