These terms apply to all Siesta gift cards, whether bought in our shops or on our
website. By buying or using a Siesta gift card, you accept these terms.

1. Where you can use your gift card

Siesta gift cards can be used in full or part payment for goods in our Canterbury and
Brighton shops, and at siestacrafts.co.uk.

Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

2. Buying a gift card

You can buy a gift card in either of our shops, or online at
siestacrafts.co.uk/gift-card.

Cards bought online are sent by email to you or to whoever you choose. Cards bought in
our shops are physical cards, activated at the till at the time of purchase.

Online cards are sold in set values. In store, the minimum amount you can load onto a card is £5 and the maximum is £200.

3. Using your gift card

Your gift card carries a balance rather than a fixed value for a single purchase. You
can spend it over as many visits or orders as you like until the balance reaches zero.

If your purchase costs more than the balance on your card, you can pay the difference by
any other method we accept.

We do not give change or cash back on a gift card. Any remaining balance stays on the
card for you to use later.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold.

4. Checking your balance

You can check the balance on your card at any time at siestacrafts.co.uk/pages/gift-cards, or
by asking in either shop.

5. Expiry

Siesta gift cards expire after 24 months from the point of purchase. You can check the expiry date on your card at any time at siestacrafts.co.uk/gift-card or by asking in either shop.

Any balance remaining on a card after it expires can no longer be used and is not refundable.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged cards

Please keep your gift card safe. We cannot issue replacements for cards that are lost or
stolen, and we cannot be held responsible for any balance spent by someone else who has
your card or code.

If a physical card is damaged so that the code cannot be read, bring it into one of our
shops and we will do what we can to help.

7. Refunds and returns

Gift cards themselves are non-refundable.

Eligible returns for products purchased with a gift card can be exchanged for store credit.

8. Misuse

We may refuse, cancel or void a gift card where we reasonably believe it has been
obtained fraudulently, tampered with, or used in breach of these terms.

9. Older Siesta gift cards

Gift cards issued before August 2026 remain valid and can still be used in our Canterbury shop as per the original terms and conditions.
Please bring the card with you, as the number printed on it is needed to look up the
balance.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms where we reasonably consider it necessary, and we will give
notice where possible. Changes will not affect the balance on a card you already hold.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
