About this product
Made in the traditional 'barro' pottery style, each of these great plaques depicts an ancient Mayan with an eagle's peak headdress. The eagle headdress is a powerful symbol of influence and would only have been worn by a great leader. All our barro ceramics are made by a small family-run pottery workshop in Texcoco. Mixed colours
