Albesia wood grows natively in Bali and sits at the heart of the island's woodcarving heritage. Lightweight and fine-grained, it lends itself beautifully to intricate hand carving. This dragon is crafted by Wayan, an experienced artisan from the Gianyar region — long considered the home of Balinese craft. These dragons have been handmade by artisans in Bali, Indonesia.
