Unicorn Duckling

Part duck, part unicorn, entirely fabulous. This unicorn duckling is a hand-painted bamboo root figurine designed in-house for Siesta — white-bodied with a gold horn, a wild purple mohawk, rainbow wings, and a pink star on the chest. It's the kind of piece that demands a prime spot on a shelf and refuses to be ignored.

Bali has a rich tradition of bamboo root carving, and the running duck figurine is one of its most recognisable craft exports — each one carved, sanded, and hand-painted by local artisans. The unicorn duckling sits alongside Siesta's growing character duck collection, bringing a burst of colour and chaos to any display.

This figurine has been handmade by artisans in Bali. Produced under Fair Trade principles, each one supports the skilled makers behind the work.
