Tribal Soul White Copal Jumbo Backflow Incense Cones

White copal has a rich, resinous fragrance with bright, sweet, pine-like notes. The scent combines depth with a fresh edge, balancing resinous warmth and woodland character.

Backflow incense cones are specially designed to release a scented smoke from their base when burned. The smoke is heavier than air so it will fall in swirls and twists, through the holes and down over you backflow burner, creating a stunning waterfall affect.

A choice for those who enjoy resin-led fragrances, this incense is suited to meditation, quiet reflection or setting the atmosphere for a personal ritual.

Copal originates from the Aztec Nahuatl word 'Coalli' and refers to the variety of resins extracted from the trees of the "Bursera" family. Thousands of years ago, Copal was considered as a sacred resin by Mayans and Aztecs in Mexico and central America. The Mayans used to offer Copal to the gods as one of the most valuable things, along with tobacco and cocoa. Copal is still used today in shamanic ceremonies for energetic protection, offering and purification. It is an excellent incense to make positive changes.
